Scheduling
● I require a two hour time window for all scheduled visits, but not limited to

Payments
● I accept Zelle, PayPal, cash, check (made out to: Anna Saltzman),
and soon accepting all major credit cards
● Full payment is required in advance for dog walking packages and training packages
● 50% non refundable deposit is required to reserve pet sitting dates
● House sitting, dog walking, and training, is not required of me when balance is outstanding
● Additional fees must be paid when acquired.
● No refunds for choosing to end walking/training packages before completion

Cancellations
● Any cancellations within 24 hours of a scheduled walk or training session will be charged half the original price*
● Outdoor walks may be shortened due to extreme temperatures or severe weather conditions (heat/cold/severe storms/etc.)

Last Minute Walks
● Any last minute walk requests will be charged 1.5x the original price of the walk*
● “Last minute” requests are considered to be after 6pm the day prior to requested walk
● Last minute walks are subject to availability

Vaccinations
● Rabies vaccinations must be up to date for all furry friends

*For packages, any fees incurred will be added to the price for the next package purchased.
